VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR RESEARCHING, ARCHIVING AND RESTORATION PROJECTS IN HOUSE AND GARDEN
Court Lodge is a historic manor house in the heart of Lamberhurst Village. It is has been owned by the Morland Family since 1730 and has an exciting past that we are in the process of unravelling. The house and gardens are going to be gently restored over the coming years so that we can open them for public use. To this end we are looking for volunteers to help us with some restoration projects inside the house, archiving and research about the house and help in the garden as we restore the walled garden and find out more about the Victorian pleasure garden it once was. If you would be interesting in working with us on a voluntary basis please phone Heather on 01892 891588 for more details.
